Delivery and Local Pick Up/Collection
Last day for orders for delivery before Christmas is Saturday 18th December before 1pm.
Due to Covid restrictions delivery can take a little longer than normal in some circumstances, therefore we cannot guarantee orders will be delivered before Christmas.
During the Christmas holiday period, orders will be posted out on Thursday 30th December and Friday 31st December. From January 4th, orders will be posted as normal.
Local Pick Up/Collection
Orders placed for collection/local pick up can be collected from Holcombe or Rawtenstall, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for collection at either shop, as your order will need to be brought over from our Rawtenstall shop to Holcombe if collecting from there.
Collection will be available from Holcombe on Thursday 30th and Friday 31st December between 10 - 4pm and Rawtenstall between 10 - 3pm.
Collection and delivery will continue as normal from 4th January.
Standard delivery is normally within 3 - 5 working days. (Bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days.) We will deliver the goods to the premises specified on your order. Please note that delivery costs are based upon one UK delivery address. You may specify one delivery address per order. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

How Much Does Delivery Cost?
UK Standard delivery £4.95
For orders under £50.00 delivery is charged at a fixed rate of £4.95 (UK only). For orders over the value of £50.00 delivery is FREE.
Delivery methods are subject to change during promotions and offers.
If you have had a change of heart and would like to return a purchase, please keep all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to email@example.com.
Online purchases will be accepted for a full refund when returned in their original condition within 28 days of delivery and accompanied by the original sales invoice. We do not offer an exchange service.
Goods must be returned unused, with all labels and tags left attached in their original unopened box. All packaging must be pristine, unmarked and undamaged and in a saleable condition. Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition. We are also unable to accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
We will process a refund for the returned goods onto the original payment method used to pay for the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods in an acceptable condition as described above.

Please note that Lollypop cannot assume any responsibility for return packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled, so please ensure you choose a tracked service to return your items and retain the tracking numbers for reference.
