How fast can my parcel be delivered?

Delivery will be made between 3-5 days, however we will always endeavor to dispatch your order as soon as we can.  In the event of your product being sold in our shop at the same time then we will refund as soon as we are aware this has happened and we have no stock to fulfill the order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All Lollypop purchases are presented beautifully both in our lovely shop or online. We will enclose in your package all appropriate tissue/gift boxes depending on the product and designer. This is usually outlined in the individual product description.

What is your returns policy?

If you have had a change of heart and would like to return a purchase, please keep all documentation and packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to hello@shoplollypop.co.uk.

Online purchases will be accepted for a full refund when returned in their original condition within 28 days of delivery and accompanied by the original sales invoice. We do not offer an exchange service.

Goods must be returned unused, with all labels and tags left attached in their original unopened box. All packaging must be pristine, unmarked and undamaged and in a saleable condition. Goods will not be accepted if they are returned in any other condition. We are also unable to accept unwanted returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

We will process a refund onto the original payment method used to pay for the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods in an acceptable condition as described above.

Please note that Lollypop cannot assume any responsibility for return packages that are lost, stolen, or mishandled, so please ensure you choose a tracked service to return your items and retain the tracking numbers for reference.

Do you ship internationally?

What about Christmas delivery?

Please see the following order deadlines for pre-Christmas deliveries:

UK delivery - Thursday 20th December 12 noon

Please also be aware that during the Christmas holiday period (21st December to 2nd Janaury) delivery times will not apply and deliveries may take a little longer.
